Care & Feeding At the Stuffed Animal House, we cannot actually endorse feeding any
of our animals, because they're already stuffed!!!
( But we think they should be invited to tea parties!!! )

from them. Occasionally, even tho' the animals are loved, they need a bit of TLC.
That is the purpose of this page of our website.

We recommend surface washing for our toys.
Please keep in mind that many of the accessories and decorations that our animals carry, will not do well with the washing process, and so these may have to be removed before washing. (Hats, ribbons, etc.) Please use cold water with mild soap... (No Bleach !!!) Allow the toy to air dry. Brush the surface to fluff, after drying, and allow to continue natural air drying. Our animals are made from polyester fibers to produce a soft 'fur like' appearance, with a stuffing made from a special blend of polyester fibers, to make them extra highly huggable. The accessories like the eyes and noses are custom made to suit the appearance of the toy itself. These |
hard accessories are fastened to the toys, to the safety standards required for toys in North America and Europe.
We strongly recommend that these toys are not suitable for children under the age of three, and that any toy should have all plastic hangers, hooks and cardboard hangtags removed before giving to a child.
